Dr. Betty Anne Mincey is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She established a private internal medicine practice in January,2006, after spending 11 years at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville.  She received her medical degree in 1995 from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C.  She completed her residency training at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, after which she served for one year as chief internal medicine resident, and then for seven years as a consultant and assistant professor

Dr. Mincey’s focus is on high-quality, individualized, compassionate care.  The scope of her practice ranges from preventive and diagnostic health services to management of complex medical disorders. She also has special interest and expertise in familial cancer syndromes, is certified in familial cancer risk assessment and management, and is able to provide guidance regarding genetic testing for such syndromes.
